We bought this fireplace for the retail store we are building. Putting it in, we discovered we
needed something bigger. There is nothing wrong with it and it is brand new; it just won't
heat a 40' x 60' building like we thought. This fireplace would be GREAT for some one's
living or great room. We have about 1700 dollars into it. So 1700 will buy it, and we will
install it. Anything less, I'll consider but will not install for you.

I BOUGHT A NEW ONE THIS YEAR AND DO NOT NEED THE OLD
ONE. IT IS ONLY 3 YEARS OLD, WORKS GREAT. JUST REPLACED
THE BOOTS, WITH STAINLESS STEEL ONES. THIS THING WILL
THROW SNOW UPWARDS OF 40FT+.. DON'T TAKE MY WORD FOR
